Every MammothEV XR Series vehicle is designed in the United States and assembled at our facility in Idaho. Final assembly, powertrain installation, suspension calibration and quality inspection all happen in-house before a cart is released to a dealer.
All 2026 XR Series models ship standard with a maintenance-free 72V 150Ah lithium-ion battery pack. There is no watering, no terminal cleaning and no acid corrosion, and battery replacement is covered by our warranty program.
MammothEV backs its vehicles with an industry-leading 10-year warranty program that includes battery replacement coverage and motor and drivetrain replacement coverage, supported by in-stock replacement parts through our dealer network. Full terms are published on our warranty page.
XR Series carts are delivered with a DOT windscreen, three-point seat belts, LED lighting and selectable drive modes. Street legal and low-speed vehicle rules vary by state and municipality, so your local MammothEV dealer will confirm the exact equipment and registration required in your area.
